Ai-Da is the world's first ultra-realistic humanoid robot artist. She draws, paints, and sculpts using cameras in her eyes, AI algorithms, and a robotic arm. Created by Aidan Meller with engineering by Engineered Arts, Ai-Da has exhibited at the Tate Modern, V&A, Barbican, the Giza Pyramids, and the United Nations. Her portrait of Alan Turing sold at Sotheby's for over $1 million in 2024.
